Doing Life Together

Life Groups are the foundation of CFC. We want you to feel valued and to know that you have an important role to play in God’s kingdom. Life Groups are where this happens. You connect with other people like you, make lasting friendships, get personal input into your life, study God’s Word together and find your place in God’s kingdom.

No matter what stage of life you are in, we have a Life Group for you.

Equipping Children to Make a Difference

iKidz is our Sunday School and runs during the Sunday morning service. We have two classes available.
Junior iKidz (3-6 years old)
Junior iKidz is for children from 3 years old or once they are potty trained and will be prepared to stay in class until the end of the service.

We have fun, interactive worship where the children learn to worship God with their whole heart, soul and mind. We teach a memory verse, study a Bible story, have snacks and do a fun art activity.

Senior iKidz (7-13 years old)
Senior iKidz is for children from age 7 or when they start Grade 1, until age 13.

We have fun, interactive worship where the children learn to worship God with their whole heart, soul and mind. We use Bible stories to teach how to apply the Bible to every day life. We encourage the children to bring along their Bibles especially for memory verse time. We have some fun games and activities.

iKidz Teens
iKidz Teens is an opportunity to teach the children to serve and to have a servant’s heart. It is for children from the age of 11 to 18 years old.

We meet weekly with the Teens on a Friday afternoon for a time of play, team building, mentoring and discovery Bible study.

The Team
We have three teams that serve on a Sunday.

Leaders and presenters are responsible for setting up, packing away and teaching the lessons.

iKidz Teens is an opportunity to teach children how to serve and to have a servant’s heart. They help with setup, packing away, the games and activities and the sound. From the age of sixteen they will start with presenting some of the lessons.

Moms and Dads come in once a term and are an extra set of hands especially in the Junior iKidz. They help with maintaining order and discipline, assist with the art activities and the handing out of the snacks.

How to Join
You can simply arrive on a Sunday morning with your children. If you have not attended before we will sign up your children right there.

If your children are shy please come with them. You are more than welcome to sit in for a Sunday or two until they get used to us. We would love to have them.

We start checkin in at 9:00am

We do checkout for 30 minutes after the service.

Young Adults for God

We are a group of young adults who love God and love each other. We enjoy life together and challenge one another to grow…

  • in our walk with God
  • in our walk with each other
  • in our life walk of integrity, honesty and character

Here we learn that God is not interested in religion, but that He is in fact interested in relationship with us as His children. Interested in you and me!

Our vision is to build God’s kingdom in hearts, homes, communities and beyond.

We believe That God gave us His Son Jesus Christ who died for us on the cross as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, and that Jesus Christ conquered the grave and called us to Him and for His purpose. We also believe that God gave us the Holy Spirit to guide us, comfort us and teach us, as we walk this life in relationship with our Heavenly Father.

Please come and join us Sunday nights at 18h30 at CFC Windhoek. The group is for those 18-35 years of age, single or married, with or without children. Every fist Sunday of the month we join the Encounter Service where we focus on God’s presence and drawing closer to Him. Every third Sunday we have a social get together in the Training Centre behind the main audotorium.

You have been called and have a purpose in life. We can help you find it and walk in it.

Prayer Cells
Co-ordinator: Mona Beukes

Prayer Works

We strongly believe that everyone in God’s church should have an active and growing prayer life. Prayer Cells are one of the exciting ways that you can connect with other believers and pray for key issues in our nation. There are many prayer cells throughout Windhoek. They come together either before work or during lunchtime. Use the contact form below to enquire about a prayer cell near your place of work and get connected!

Corporate Prayer
Co-ordinator: Holger
Cell: 081 291 3603

We have two areas of corporate prayer where you can pray with a group of believers for specific issues.

We prayer every Sunday morning before the service from 8:30-9:15. We pray specifically for the service that day and what we are trusting God to do.

Once a month we get together on a Saturday morning to pray, intercede and seek God together. This is a very powerful time together.

Discipleship School

Directors: Pete & Jen Leininger

The CFC Discipleship Training School is building God’s kingdom by training people to be disciple-makers
who cultivate a love for God, know their identity in Him and live their lives on a mission. It is our desire
that each participant learns to listen to God, obey His word and share that life with others. We do this in
the context of healthy community through devotional time with Jesus, teachings, Discovery Bible
Studies, group discussion, active learning and accountability. Doing what we know and implementing
these truths in our daily life is central!

  • The training runs from February to August, with a two week break in May.
  • We meet Monday nights from 18:15 – 21:15 and one Saturday a month.
  • We start with a weekend retreat
  • We take short mission trips called Luke 10 trips during the training.
