It is almost time for Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving has been an exciting event in our calendar every year since 2003.
Our hearts are bursting with thankfulness and excitement as we are getting closer to our Thanksgiving Celebration.
We have heard some amazing testimonies, you have written on our wall about what God has done, and you will hear more in the next few weeks.
Theme: Make Known What He has Done!
1 Oh give thanks to the LORD; call upon his name;
make known his deeds among the peoples!
2 Sing to him, sing praises to him;
tell of all his wondrous works!
3 Glory in his holy name;
let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice!
4 Seek the LORD and his strength;
seek his presence continually!
5 Remember the wondrous works that he has done,
his miracles, and the judgments he uttered,
6 O offspring of Abraham, his servant,
children of Jacob, his chosen ones!
In the month leading up to our celebration, we would like to hear from you. We will create opportunities and ways for everyone to “tell of the wonders He has done.”
You can share your testimony with us by email (email@example.com), you can come and write a “Thank You” note on our wall in the main auditorium, or you can send us your 90 second testimony video.
Let us all celebrate His wonders, His love, His faithfulness, and His goodness!
Our Thanksgiving Celebration is all about giving thanks to our Father.
We say thank you through a special time of worship that morning. We share testimonies and what has happened in the year. We also say thank you to God by bringing a Thanksgiving Offering that Sunday. It can be finances, clothes or food or whatever you would like to bring to church as an offering to God.
We also make sure to laugh a lot this morning as it is a celebration!
Please note that we will host our Thanksgiving Celebration on two Sunday mornings. There will only be one service.
Date: 6 & 13 November
Time: 09:00-11:00 (one service only)
After the service, we will fellowship as a family together with great coffee.
We encourage you to invite your family and friends! Come and celebrate with us! We hope to be able to celebrate the goodness of God with you!
