Despite the fact that we have the Holy Spirit we ought to remember that infinite and eternal liberty to act or not to act, the create or not to create, to destroy or not to destroy belongs to God alone. We, therefore, must be very careful how we imagine or speak decrees and how we speak about the future and into the future.
It is very dangerous to imagine spiritual things or act in regard to the future as if we have the ability to create or change the future with our words.
God must be free to be God and to be able to act as He deems fit. We on the other hand only have limited revelation of what God willingly reveals to us in small portions.
The important point is this: Just because we have the Holy Spirit, we ought to be careful that we do not play God or even act on His behalf as if He has empowered us to do so.
